This is a Request for Proposals for a Contractor to Provide Engineering Design, Permitting and All Other Professional Services for the Design, Permitting, and Bidding of the Cecil Mega Site Rail Spur. This Project is an Extension of the Existing Csx Rail Line, Beginning North of I-10 and Terminating at the Southwestern Property Line of the Project Parcel to Provide Direct Access to the Site. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
