Renovation of a medical facility in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
As of November 4, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on November 21 to Samet Corp. Forsyth County reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The prime contractor must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the N.C. General Statutes to perform the work described herein. This is bid as an informal construction contract with a 10% MWBE goal. This project is ARP funded - refer to ARPA Exhibit at end of this document for requirements and required forms. Question Deadline 02/10/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Interested bidders will need to submit any questions in writing in the Project Manager at shoremr@forsyth.cc by the End of Question Period. Any Scope questions, revisions or clarifications will be answered by written addendum. Oral responses may not be relied upon. **Interested bidders are required to reach out directly to the Owner to obtain a set of the bidding documents.
