Renovation of a municipal facility in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Scope of Work: - Remove and legally dispose of the coil section and fan section. - Provide and install new supply fan section, coil section, and drain section for the existing AHU. - Reconnect to existing controls. - Install new electrical as required including, but not limited to: conduit, wire, disconnects, breakers, and starters. - Provide 1-year Contractors Warranty parts and labor. - Provide all required permits. - Start-up performed by factory certified technician. - Contractor will be responsible for repairing any damages to existing finishes/grounds. Forsyth County reserves the rights to reject any or all bids. This is bid as a formal construction contract with a 10% MWBE goal. Interested bidders will need to submit any questions in writing to the project manager at shoremr@forsyth.cc by the End of Question period of 5.00PM, October 2, 2024. Interested bidders are required to reach out directly to the Owner to obtain a set of the bidding documents. The estimated budget is between $500-600k . *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
