The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and perform all operations necessary to perform lawn care maintenance at this HAWS managed property. The agency requires the Contractor to provide service as specified in the TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. Maintenance and service at this location shall be performed without interference or hazard to HAWS personnel and daily operations of the business.
