Site work and renovation of a civil project in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Bidders must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes -at the time of bid opening - to perform the work described herein as the general contractor and must have the proper licensing governing their respective trades. Scope of work includes: o Apply an interior coating on the clarifier walls and trough. o Power wash exterior wall of clarifier, remove efflorescence and staining. Apply exterior coating to above grade exterior walls. o Concrete spall repairs on the exterior wall of Wash Water Tank and clarifier o Power wash exterior of Wash Water Tank. Apply exterior coating to the walls and roof of the Wash Water Tank. The City reserves the right to waive any informality in the bidding procedures and to reject any or all proposals. Technical questions concerning this bid should be submitted electronically to Catherine Knisley at catherinek@cityofws.org. End of Question period is 5:00 PM, October 16, 2024.
