Renovation of a stadium in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.
This project will be for the removal and replacement of existing self-contained air handlers, installation of a new package dehumidification unit, ductwork and hydronic piping. Scope of work will also include light site work, concrete equipment pads, concrete walks and fencing. The M/WBE subcontracting goals for this project are 7% MBE and 4% WBE and must be met separately Bidders must be properly licensed as required by Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. 100% Performance & Payment Bonds will be required of the awarded contractor. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. Should less than three bids be received, the project will have to be re-advertised. *Interested bidders are required to reach out directly to the Owner to obtain a set of the bidding documents.*
