Saving Project...

Remodeling and renovation of a civil project in Rosthern, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the remodel of a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

Work generally consists of: - Water Treatment Plant Upgrades, including: Construction of a new Water Treatment Plant building with below-grade reinforced concrete Pumpwell, Reservoirs and Pipe chambers. Mechanical work including granular media filtration system, process pumps and distribution pumping system. Electrical and control work including standby power generation. Demolition of the existing Sedimentation Basin at the WTP site. Landscaping and site work. - Well Upgrades including: Pump and piping installations. Raw water supply pipelines from wells to existing Control Building. Piping modifications within the Control Buildings. Related electrical and controls work. Interested bidders may request access to on-line bid documents by contacting Catterall & Wright. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form contained in the Project Manual and must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price, made payable to the Town of Rosthern, and a Surety's consent to provide other specified bonding. Bids shall be submitted electronically as described in the Project Manual. The Town of Rosthern reserves the right to reject or accept any bid for any reason, without explanation, whether arbitrary, unreasonable, or otherwise. This Project is partially funded by the Governments of Canada and Saskatchewan through the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program.
