Renovation of an educational facility in Institute, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project includes the following Work: Removal of existing ballasted roofing system, installation of new EPDM roofing system and associated finish work of the Jones Hall, totaling approximately 7,902 square feet. The Work will be substantially completed within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run and completed and ready for final payment within 30 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Liquidated damages shall be $750.00 per day. The Work will be substantially completed and ready for final payment after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as listed above.
