Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Edmundston, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Provide removal of designated hazardous materials identified in the attached appendices. .2 Demolish existing buildings, including foundations. .3 Remove, cap and terminate utilities as required by local Authorities Having Jurisdiction and as directed by Engineer-Architect. .4 Grade remaining property and provide turf finishes as indicated. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB.
