Site work for a water / sewer project in Jeffersonville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The project consists of the installation of approximately 5,800 linear feet of 16 water main and fittings, valves, fire hydrants, combination air valve vaults, combination fire service/meter vault and other improvements associated with the proposed water main off South Patrol Road and Paul Garrett Avenue in the River Ridge Commerce Center. COMPLETION DATES: The work shall be substantially completed by April 25, 2025. Substantially complete shall mean that all water main, valves, hydrants, etc. have been installed, disturbed areas have been restored, all required testing on the water main has been completed and the water main is ready to be placed into service. All work shall be 100% complete including site cleanup, punch-list items, etc. by May 23, 2025. Questions should be directed in writing to Zack Kline via email at zkline@hwcengineering.com. Any questions received via email will be answered in the form of an Addendum (if necessary) submitted to all plan holders.
