Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Kansas City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The project site is located along the Missouri River, north of the Lakeside Speedway, approximately 1 1/4 miles north of the intersection of Hutton Road and Kansas Highway 5 (Wolcott Drive), in Kansas City, Kansas. Description: The Project provides for construction of a 30 mgd Pump House which will be constructed over a horizontal collector well caisson (caisson constructed under a separate contract - Project MP-17002). The Project will include construction of the pump house structure and supporting foundation; three vertical centrifugal well water supply pumps with adjustable speed drives; a 20-ton traveling bridge crane; electrical and instrumentation and controls; mechanical work; sitework; and all other work as indicated on the Drawings and as specified.
