Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Kansas City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

All contractors bidding as the prime bidder on this project must be pre-qualified with Office of Facilities and Property Management to bid this project Value: $3,000,000 to $5,000,000 2408011 The Work consists of the following: 1. Renovation of the existing Trembly White Readiness Center, scope to include the renovation of existing office suite, classrooms, storage areas with new finishes and infrastructure. 2. Construction of a new exterior elevator shaft, a new entry vestibule canopy, a site stair and ramp. 3. Interior finishing and related construction includes interior partitions, doors, floor and ceiling finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler, telecommunication and audio / visual systems.
