Hamilton County, Tennessee is soliciting sealed bids for the purposes of establishing a one (1) year unit pricing contract with two (2) one-year renewal options for Concrete On-Call Services, on an as-needed basis for the Hamilton County Highway Department and various other departments. The County reserves the right to award this service to multi-vendors, and furthermore, to divide the services among the awarded vendors as deemed in the best interest of the County. Supplier shall upon request show proof of such non-discrimination, and shall post in conspicuous places available to all employees and applicants notices of non-discrimination. Suppliers covenants that it complies with the Fair Wage and Hour Laws, the National Labour Relations Act, and other federal and statement employment laws as applicable. Supplier covenants that it does not engage in any illegal employment practices
