0 year .090" EPDM Roof System base bid. 20 Year .060" EPDM Roof System by alternate bid. Remove and replace: All edge metal and downspouts; joint material in all stone coping, panels, and pedestals; and all ductwork on the roof with new duct work. Metal panel system at the rising wall on a portion of the highest roof area. Replace skylights. Provide safety rails. Roof approx. 12,600 sf. Replace 3 small fans in kind. a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000 as per N.J.S.A. 40A:11-22 and such other items as set forth in the Bid Documents; and must be delivered to the above place on or before the hour named. The Owner and the Architect assume no responsibility for bids mailed or misdirected in delivery. Bids may not be modified after submittal. Question Deadline 08/26/2024 All Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted in writing and sent to info@fvhdpc.com, or fax to 609-883-2694 The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities, or to accept the bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Owner.
