The scope of work includes the removal of 29 trees 6- 48+ diameter and pruning of up to 85 trees 6 - 48+ diameter. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % The City requires a certified or cashier's check, or a corporate surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount before the City can accept or consider any bid No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to make final determination in the event of duplications. Any bid received as a result of this request is prepared at the Contractor's expense and becomes City property and therefore, public record.
