Kansas Highway Patrol is seeking competitive bids for the Resurfacing of their Fleet Operations Parking Lot per this Request for Quote and these Event Details. Fill cracks, address asphalt-concrete transitions, Sealcoat, and Restripe Parking Lot at the 3 locations stated below: 1.) Kansas Highway Patrol Fleet Operations Center 930 NE. Strait Street Topeka, KS 66616 (34,822 sq. ft. estimate) 2.) Kansas Highway Patrol Air Support Hanger 3600 NE. Sardou Bldg. #28 Topeka, KS 66616 (15,060 sq. ft. estimate) 3.) The Road connecting the above two locations (4,464 sq. ft. estimate) Base Bid - Crack fill and Sealcoat 1.) Clean entire area to be sealed. 2.) Repair transitions of asphalt to cement on approaches to overhead door vehicle entrances where asphalt has settled causing an uneven approach. (2 south approached on south side of Fleet building) 3.) Fill and seal all gaps/cracks larger than 1", in particular gaps between sidewalks and asphalt. 4.) Construct a two-coat coal tar asphalt seal application to existing asphalt area. 5.) Repaint all parking stalls in existing pattern after sealcoat application.
