The project includes rehabilitation of approximately 225 feet of 8-inch, 10-inch and 12-inch point repairs, and rehabilitation of or replacement of 22 sanitary sewer manholes. In addition to the line work the project also includes rehabilitation of sanitary sewer manholes by various methods including remove and replace, replacement of the frame and cover, grade adjustments, cementitious cement lining and chemical grouting. The work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all plant, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the contract in strict accordance with the specifications, drawings, and other Contract Documents as herein before defined, all of which are made a part hereof, and including such detail sketches as may be furnished by the Engineer from time to time during construction in explanation of said drawings. The work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly called for in the specifications or not shown on the drawings which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction ofthe work in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the Contractor as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to the Owner. 2023 Capital Improvements Program, Street Overlays / Reconstruction, Phase D The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
