The University of Oregon (University), is soliciting Proposals for Preschool Classroom Furniture and Supplies. The contract resulting from this procurement will be a Price Agreement for the selected vendor's available catalog from which purchases will be made as needed by University for the duration of the contract. A specific number of orders will not guaranteed under this Agreement. Expected deliverables are listed in "Scope of Services" below. This RFP is designed to provide interested Proposers with sufficient basic information to submit proposals. This RFP is not intended to limit a proposal's content or exclude any relevant or essential data. Proposers are free and encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence their ability to provide the specified deliverables. University is interested in environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable products and services when compared to competing products and services serving the same purpose. Discuss how your agency's sustainability efforts might be incorporated into or benefit the work performed for or deliverables supplied to the University. Suggested categories of discussion include energy efficiency practices; support for underserved populations; environmental certifications of products supplied, sustainable material sourcing; waste reduction; water conservation measures; etc. What measures will your agency take to minimize negative impacts to the environment in the delivery of the products and services (E) For more information regarding University's sustainability goals, please refer to the University's Comprehensive Environmental Policy website at online Please note that University will not respond directly to individual inquiries. University only addresses inquiries through a posted addendum when it has sufficient resources available and determines the information will assist all interested parties in preparing responsive Proposals. University will not respond to oral inquiries. Vendor questions must be submitted to online no later than ten business days prior to the Closing Date. Please do not follow questions with emails requesting if and/or when responses will be posted. University's Right to Reject. University reserves the right, at its option, to reject any or all Proposals. Notification of Proposal rejection will be made in writing. University reserves the right to waive minor informalities and irregularities in Proposals.
