Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Rogers City, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The Rogers City Area School District is requesting sealed bids for the renovation of the existing high school track, in accordance with the enclosed specifications and instructions. The scope of work includes providing all necessary labor and materials to renovate the track. This includes but is not limited to: 1. Site preparation and excavation. 2. Supplying and installing appropriate quantities of sand and gravel to create the foundation. 3. Installing drainage as needed. 4. Preparing and repairing the existing track to receive asphalt 5. Paving the entire track with finish-grade asphalt. 6. Removing and disposing of all unused materials. 7. Obtaining all necessary applications and permits. All work will be coordinated with the Maintenance & Transportation Supervisor and must comply with State of Michigan codes. Specifications: 1. Materials Required: 22A Road Gravel (or similar material) Finish Grade Asphalt 2. Scope of Work: Prepare the area for the new track foundation. Where required, remove and dispose of dirt and other materials. Install appropriate materials to extend the foundation of the track. Asphalt paving of the new track addition and the existing track to ensure a consistent height. Bids must be valid for a period of not less than 120 days from the due date. The Rogers City Area School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any omissions, irregularities, or clerical errors that do not affect substantial compliance with the specifications.
