Renovation of a municipal facility in Rogers City, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Presque Isle County Courthouse Is Requesting Two Bids One Bid for 30 Year Dimensional Shingle and Another Bid for Seam Loc Steel Roofing & Chimney Repair. The Presque Isle County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids as in the exercise of discretion the Board may deem to be in the best interest of the County. Remove existing shingles, flashing, underlayment, ridge vent, and drip edge. Any deteriorated decking is to be replaced. Repair chimney bricks and mortar. Contractor is responsible for the disposal of all materials related to the project. Contractor will provide their own sanitary facilities. Contractor is responsible for visiting the jobsite to confirm measurements and examine the scope of work. The jobsite can be inspected Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 3:00pm, excluding observed holidays. Materials: 30 year Dimensional shingle plus all Necessary Accessories for Warranty Purposes. Seam Loc Steel Roofing plus all Necessary Accessories for Warranty Purposes. Snow Blocks For Steel Roofing Required. Remove shingles on the Presque Isle County Courthouse and Replace With 30-year Dimensional Shingle or Seam Loc Steel Roofing including chimney repair Please Submit two separate bids.
