Scope of the Project. For the purposes of City Hall, the following renovations are needed: 1ST Floor o Remove 13 ft. wall that separates reception area from hallway. Transition ceiling with bulkhead or similar. o Relocate fire panel to alternate location. o Relocate 2 receptacles & 1 phone line. o Spackle and paint walls and trim. o Install LVT flooring in hallway and reception area + 520 sq.ft. Install new vinyl base or similar. o Replace the floor in mens and womens restrooms with LVT = 84 sq.ft. Install new vinyl base or similar. o Spackle and paint restrooms. Replace flooring in kitchen = 90 sq.ft. Install vinyl base or similar. o Replace kitchen counter tops with granite/masonry top or similar. o Spackle and paint kitchen. o Relocate door to Code Enforcement office to hallway 2nd Floor o Make repairs to flooring in common area to prep for carpet installation. o Carpet 2nd floor common area with low pile carpet or similar. 243 sq.ft. Install vinyl base or similar. o Remove 10 ft. section of wall that separates office and copier room. Transition ceiling with bulkhead or similar. o Relocate 3 receptacles & 1 light switch and 1 telephone/IT receptacle. o Spackle and paint room where wall was removed. o Install carpet in in room where wall was removed = 330 sq.ft. Install vinyl base or similar. o 2nd floor landing at top of stairs. Raise and transition 25sq.ft. landing to include LVT flooring. 3rd Floor o Install carpet 3rd floor corner office = 200sq.ft. Install Vinyl base or similar o Spackle and paint walls The city reserves the right to not select any of the submitted proposals.
