Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Jamesville, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Jamesville Community Center Exterior Renovation Project will feature exterior improvements including but not limited to the construction of a new sloping roof on top of the existing building. Alternate #1 to be included with the base bid includes the construction of a new west front porch, as well as the installation of new windows and doors at the existing locations, the construction of a new east entry structure, and the construction of a new retaining wall. Alternate #2 to be included with the base bid includes the construction of a new rear porch. Alternate #3 to be included with the base bid includes the construction of a new porte cochere. Alternate #4 to be included with the base bid includes the removal of the existing siding and the installation of new siding. All work is to be performed under the latest codes and standards including but not limited to the 2020 Commercial Building Code of New York State. The Jamesville Community Center Exterior Renovation Project 6486 E Seneca Turnpike, Jamesville, New York 13078 These taxes are not to be included in the Bid. Each Bid must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashiers check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
