Site work for a civil project in Lago Vista, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Description of Work: A. Construction of the pond at Pond #2 includes clearing and grubbing activities, excavation, enlargement of the existing pond, earthfill compaction, installation of an underdrain system, installation of a geonet composite and HDPE liner on the interior slopes of the pond, and slope liner protection for the interior slopes. B. Repairs at Pond #17 include removing the existing liner system, repairing any concrete and underdrain deficiencies, installing a new HDPE liner system, and installing shotcrete slope protection for a portion of the interior slopes. C. The Project will include utility work such as rerouting a storm pipe, replacing a storm manhole, capping and removing existing utility lines, installation of a wet well, and installing a new valve and headwall for the existing bypass pipeline. Responses to questions posted on the procurement website will be posted for the benefit of all Offerors. A response will be posted for questions that are submitted up to 5 p.m. December 6th, 2024
