Abatement of White Barn Project, at Glacial Park, 6705 Il Route 31 (Harts Road), Ringwood, Il 60072, as Described in the Contractdocuments and Detailed in the Contractspecifications. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond uponaward of the Contract in the penal sum of the full amount ofthe Contract Price as described in the bid package. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days afteropening of the bids without the consent of the Owner. The Board of Trustees of the McHenry County Conservation District reserves the right to accept any part, or all ofany bids, and to reject any and all or parts of any and allbids. Any proposal which contains items not specified orwhich does not complete all the items scheduled for bid,shall be considered informal and shall/may be rejected onthis basis.
