Site work and paving for a civil project in Clovis, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Scope includes reconstruction of Curry County Road D between County Road 22 and 19. Project will include pavement removal, and re-pavement of roadway intersections, import of borrow material (2" Minus), and shaping and grading of drainage ditches and roadway. Existing roadway is approximately 24 feet wide and 3 miles long. Bid guaranty in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid shall accompany the Bid and must be in the form of a certified or bank cashier's check made payable to Owner or a Bid guaranty issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the State of New Mexico and named in the current list of "Surety Companies Acceptable on Federal Bonds" as published in the Federal Register by the Audit Staff Bureau of Accounts, U.S. Treasury Department. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness, Curry County, New Mexico reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous thereof, or to reject any or all bids and waive irregularities.
