County of Chester solicits bids for Demolition of House and Garage at Black Rock Sanctuary Related Documents: Drawings and general provisions of the Contract, including General Terms and Conditions, Special Conditions, General Specifications, Technical Specifications, Prevailing Wage Rates, Bidder Checklist, and Bid Submission Instruction Sections, apply to this Section. Section Includes: a. Demolition and removal of existing buildings and limited site improvements following building demolition. b. Removal of limited ACM Floor Tile and Mastic. c. Removal of limited Lead Based Paint in the house and garage. d. Removal of limited Hazardous Wastes. The pre-demo inspection identified ASTs, fluorescent light tubes and associated light ballasts, HVAC equipment and containerized chemicals. e. Abandoning in-place and/or removing below-grade construction as noted on the Demolition Plans. f. Disconnecting, capping, or sealing, abandoning in-place and removing site utilities.
