This proposal is for an Indefinite Delivery and Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) of engineering design and project management services. The successful firm will work with NPU, NPU's Owner's Engineer, and various contractors and vendors to plan, design, and manage electric infrastructure projects. Requested project management support includes but is not limited to: o Development, implementation, and management of level 4, resource loaded, time and cost-based project and program schedules o Detailed project and program cost and risk estimates o Identification and management of project and program critical path work packages o Project and program reporting to project stakeholders and sponsors to include but not limited to NPU management, interconnecting utilities, regulatory agencies, and customers o Earned value management o Risk management Norwich Public Utilities reserves the right to reject any proposal, in whole or in part, to waive minor irregularities in the process. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
