**As of February 2 , 2026, the project was awarded to R & R Horn Contractors, Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** The work, in general, to be done under this contract consists of replacing the existing multi-use path adjacent to Park Avenue from East 20th Street to East Park Avenue. Work also includes the planting of trees and additional landscaping, adding new and replacing outdated irrigation infrastructure, constructing the footings for new artwork along the Park Avenue corridor, and installation of waste bins along Park Avenue and Comanche Creek Greenway. The Project has 90 Working Days. Question Deadline 01/14/2026 All questions and requests for information regarding the project must be submitted through Public Purchase on the project link.
