Reconstruction of Main Street and Broadway Street from 1st Street to 11th Street, considering sidewalks, bike lanes, parking, two travel lanes in each direction, lighting and any other design features to enhance the downtown core. This plan is based on City wide planning documents such as the 2030 General Plan - Downtown Element, the 2023 Active Transportation Plan and Downtown Access Action Plan. The project is included in the City's 2026-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of January 06, 2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
