General Work Description: The project consists of the construction of concrete pads and the installation of owner-furnished site elements including: shelter, bench, trash can, and map case; at up to 37 locations around the city of Union City, California. The work generally includes the preparation of each work site, including the removal of existing site elements, concrete, shrubs, and foreign objects The Engineer's Estimate for the project base is One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($115,000) All questions should be emailed or fax to Carly Kasper of City of Union City, email: carlyk@unioncity.org or fax to (510) 489-9468. The successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond, a Performance Bond, and a Maintenance Bond The work is to be completed by December 23, 2024.
