The work to be done, in general, consists of tree pruning services with a small allowance for tree removal and emergency call out work. As the Citys annual tree maintenance contract, the project duration is one-year, with the possibility of being extended an additional year. The Contractor shall possess a valid Class C-61/D-49 (Tree Service) California contractors license at the time this contract is awarded. Bids must be accompanied by a proposal guarantee amounting to ten (10%) percent of the total bid as described in the specifications. a Payment Bond, a and a Maintenance Bond. The performance bond must be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount payable
