The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD), the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC), and the Bliss Highway District are seeking qualified and experienced respondents from interested firms to submit a proposal for providing project development services for the Clover Cr Bridge project in Gooding County. All questions concerning the procedures of this request for proposal shall be directed to Christina Straub at ITD via email at Christina.Straub@itd.idaho.gov.
