Site work for a civil project in Bliss, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of June 24, 2025, the project was awarded to Hiddleston & Son, Inc., with an awarded amount of $354,484.06.** The Project includes the following Work: The drilling of two (2) municipal wells that meets public drinking water standards and is capable of producing 500 gpm each. This includes the drilling of a borehole, installation of casing and surface seal, installation of screen, performing lithologic sampling, completing the wellhead, developing the well, disinfecting and inspecting the well, and other incidental and related work. A controlled pumping test to determine yield drawdown performance of the well is also required. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Davis Bacon Wages This project will require the prevailing Davis-Bacon wage rates to be paid to all workmen, laborers, or mechanics employed in the performance of any part of this contract. American Iron and Steel Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statutes mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials. The following waivers apply to this Contract: De Minimis, Minor Components, Pig iron and direct reduced iron ** doc info : Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Thursday between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. and on Fridays between the hours of 7:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Question Deadline 04/18/2025 Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Contract Documents.
