Amendment to extend the closing date of the solicitation, make changes to Section B - Statement of Work, add a site visit, and update the wage determinations.
SCOPE
The Contractor shall provide services to safely remove and dispose of ACM from the areas identified in this Statement of Work to eliminate the threat of exposure to toxic asbestos fibers. Solicitation Questions and Inquiries:
Inquiries concerning the solicitation document shall be submitted electronically via the FedConnect portal only. Only those questions posted to the FedConnect Message Center will be accepted. ALL INQUIRIES MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM PT ON AUGUST 22nd . The Government will make every attempt to answer questions which will not automatically result in the extension of the quotation due date.
Site Visit:
We strongly encourage all offerors to inspect the site where services are to be performed to satisfy themselves regarding the general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award. We invite interested vendors to attend a site inspection on August 21st, 2024 at 10 am PT. If you are interested in attending, please email Elizabeth.Mullinssa.gov no later than August 19th,2024 with the name and title of the company representative attending (limit of 2 persons per business concern). We will provide additional site visit information (i.e. precise location, security
information, directions, etc.) via email only to the list of interested vendors who properly notify the Contracting Officer of their intent to attend the site visit.
