Flooring Renovation Project, in accordance with specifications under Contract No. CPC 2024-08-01. The scope of work includes the removal of existing carpet, the moving of furniture and the installation of selections of carpet and returning the furniture back to its original location. All work is to be performed after hours and weekends on the 3rd floor of the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton Ohio, 45011 to be used by the Board of County Commissioners, Contract No. CPC 2024-08-01 Each Bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. Such Bid Guaranty shall be in the form of EITHER a bond payable to the Board of County Commissioners and secured by a corporate surety in the amount of 100% of the bid amount; OR a certified check, cashier's check, or irrevocable letter of credit, made payable to the Board of County Commissioners, in an amount equal to 10% of the Bid amount. All corporate sureties shall be licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. Bidders are required to complete and submit with the bid ALL forms that are included with the specifications (bid) packet. Bidders are required to use the forms furnished by the County when submitting their bid. All bids must remain irrevocable and open for acceptance for sixty (60) days from the date the bids are received and opened by the County. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to award the contract based upon the bid which is the lowest and best bid as determined by the Board, to waive non-material deviations or informalities, or to reject any and all bids.
