This project aims to enhance the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of the track for students and community members. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following tasks: Removal and disposal of existing asphalt surface. Inspection and preparation of the underlying base. Installation of new asphalt surface. Site cleanup and disposal of debris. Project Specifications: Track Full Depth Asphalt Pavement - 6" ODOT #304 Aggregate Base Course - 2" ODOT #448 Type 2 Asphalt Intermediate Course (PG64-22} - Tack Coat as Required - 1.5" ODOT #448 Type 1 Asphalt Surface Course (PG64-22) Contract Requirements: Must be licensed and insured. Ability to complete the project with 14 days from the start date. Compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations Company Profile and Qualifications: Detailed project plan and timeline. Proof of insurance and licensing. Evaluations of proposals is expected to begin on August 26th, 2024 and will be completed by August 28th, 2024.
