Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Restrooms New Construction work will be executed under a single Prime Contract, executed on a lump sum basis. The Work shall include but not limited to 1. New ground up construction of 600 square foot CMU structure, supported on shallow foundations, 2. Clad in CMU 3. Full site work including: removal of existing restroom structure, new utilities, new septic system, new concrete sidewalk 4. New electric service including LED lighting and power 5. New plumbing and plumbing fixtures 6. New mechanical heating 7.
