A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of the following: Construction of a 1.0 MG elevated spheroid tank and associated piping and electric systems in compliance with all governing specifications, permits and regulations. General site work including, but not limited to the construction of the permanent access road, ditch crossing, site work, fencing, installation of water main and electrical service and other appurtenances necessary to complete the project. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or an irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the Instructions to Bidders. This is a Federal Prevailing Wage project. . Questions will be received through Bid Express until Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 2:00 P.M. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, General site work including, but not limited to the construction of the permanent access road, ditch crossing, site work, fencing, installation of water main and electrical service and other appurtenances necessary to complete the project.
