In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of the following: This project consists of upgrades to the biosolids and dewatering processes at the Hamilton Water Reclamation Facility located at 2451 River Road, Hamilton, OH 45015.It includes replacement of belt filter presses with centrifuges, installation of a new polymer feed system, rehabilitation of sludge gravity thickeners. This is a Federal prevailing wage project. No Bidder may withdraw its bid within sixty (60) days after the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities in bids, to reject any or all bids, and to conduct such investigation as necessary to determine the lowest and best responsible bidder(s).
