Jackson County Courthouse Re Roof Phase 2 Located at: located at 10 South Oakdale Avenue Medford, OR 97501 Scope of Project: Remove old EPDM roof membrane, fiber board, flashing, boots, etc., as necessary Provide all labor and materials to install new mechanically fastened 1/2" HD board or equal, adhered PVC roof membrane, flashing, boots, hardware, walk pads, and any other equipment/materials to satisfy manufacturers warrantee requirements and provide a water tight roof assembly. The Agency may reject for good cause any or all bids, or may waive any informalities in bids, all in its sole discretion, upon a finding by the Agency that it is the public interest to do so. All bids are subject to the applicable requirements of ORS Chapters 279, 279A, 279B, 279C and 701, and the regulations of the Jackson County Facility Maintenance.
