3. Exterior door replacements.
4.General interior remodeling & finishes work.
5.Prevailing wage requirements apply to this project Project Cost Estimates:
Base Bid: $ 900,000.00
Combined Alternates: $ 70,000.00 Any prospective bidders should confirm this time, date and location with the Commissioners Office before the scheduled meeting time. Additional inspection times and dates may be scheduled with the Commissioners' Facilities Manager, Jimmie Inskeep 937-645-3175. Each proposal shall be submitted on the form(s) provided and in accordance with the instructions supplied and shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the total amount of the base bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or acceptable letter of credit on a solvent bank in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid, payable to
the Board of County Commissioners of Union County, Ohio. All proposals shall be marked Bid for UNION COUNTY COURTHOUSE, WINDOWS REPLACEMENTS & EXTERIOR REPAIRS. Proposals shall contain the full name and address of each person and company interested in the work. The Board of County Commissioners of Union County, Ohio reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bids, and to award the contract to the lowest and best bidder as determined by the Board of County Commissioners of Union County, Ohio.
