Renovation of the existing Trembly White Readiness Center, scope to include the renovation of existing office suite, classrooms, storage areas with new finishes and infrastructure. 2. Construction of a new exterior elevator shaft, a new entry vestibule canopy, a site stair and ramp. 3. Interior finishing and related construction includes interior partitions, doors, floor and ceiling finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler, telecommunication and audio / visual systems.
