The City of Pomona is seeking bids from qualified contractors to perform bus stop maintenance citywide, and power and pressure washing services at the Pomona Transit Stations. o Contractor shall hold and maintain a California State Contractor's License with a classification of "C 61 Limited Specialty/D-38, Sand and Water Blasting". o The Contractor is required to register with South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD) by filling out Form 222-PW and obtain a valid ID number annually and provide a copy to the City at the time of submission. Contractor shall ensure that verification of SCAQMD registration is with staff while providing power washing services under this agreement. o Contractor shall provide service schedules with revisions and updates to the City's Contract Manager. All maintenance service schedules and revisions must be in writing and accepted by Public Works Director prior to implementation. o All Contractor personnel shall wear uniform shirts with the company name or logo printed on them. Reflective safety vests are required while working within the roadway rights-of-way. All uniforms shall be kept clean and professional looking and shall be replaced by the Contractor as wearing/fading occurs, or as requested by the City Contract Manager. o Job must be bid at Prevailing Wage Rates. o Be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations at the time of submitting bid. o Must possess a valid Pomona business license or obtain one before start of project and provide proof of insurance.
