The Contractor shall design, acquire, install, integrate, test and deliver an AFI 31-101 and Integrated Base Defense Security System (IBDSS) Capability Development Document (CDD) compliant alarms and assessment system which will provide automatic display upon alarm activation and will be available for manual request by the operator.
