The Defense Security Cooperation University (DSCU) located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), OH requires lawncare and landscaping services. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, and materials to support the lawncare service required. Please see the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and other attached documents for further detail. All questions, concerns, or requests for clarification for this RFP shall be submitted electronically to courtney.s.applewhite.civ@mail.mil and courtney.s.taitt.civ@mail.mil by Thursday December 19, 2024 at 12:00PM (ET). No phone calls are permitted. Questions received after this date and time may not be responded to by the Government. All emails shall be clearly labeled in the subject line of the email with the RFP Number: HQ003425R0055: DSCU Lawncare Services Questions. The total duration of this BPA shall not exceed 66 months, or at the end of the FSS contract period, whichever is earlier. The Government may extend the term of the BPA beyond the current period of performance by exercise of the next option by written notice to the Contractor no later than the commencement date of the option period of performance provided the Government gives the Contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 30 days before the agreement expires. The preliminary notice does not commit the Government to the extension.
