The Service agreement shall include specifically trained technicians to perform any work and supply OEM parts for repair/replacement. Parts not considered consumable maintenance items shall be included in the service agreement. The service agreement shall make support available 24/7 with a 4 hour maximum response time to calls for on-site service and last for a 1 year period of performance. The Preventative maintenance shall include 1 annual inspection of all components of the UPS including: o Environmental inspection o UPS Mechanical inspection o UPS Power Circuits inspection o UPS control inspection o DC Source mechanical inspection o DC Source Output inspection o Voltage Regulation Component Inspection o Measurement and operational testing of the UPS o Inspection of each battery in the string(s) The electrical loads served by the UPS must not lose power during test, and the system shall be brought back online and provide and condition power as required in normal operation at the end of the inspections and testing.
