Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Haines City, Florida. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The owner has selected a prequalified design build. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The City of Haines City is seeking proposals for the design and construction drawings for the addition of seven (7) sidewalks in the Park Ave. neighborhood of Haines City. This project will be to add 9,049' of 5' sidewalk. The following streets are in the project limits; 18th, 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, all sidewalks will terminate on the north end at Johnson Ave., and on the south end at Melbourne Ave. All sidewalks are planned to be 5' wide. The project consists of evaluating the sidewalk routing on both the west and east side of each street to determine the most feasible location. Upon selection of the preferred sidewalk locations, prepare the design and construction documents for the project. Preferred design scenario is for sidewalks to remain on the same side of each street for the entire north/south length, roadway crossing should be avoided. All responding vendors shall adhere to any and all requirements and restrictions as stated in the attached Florida Commerce CDBG Project Agreement. Minority-Owned, Woman-Owned, and Small Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
