M/WBE bidders are highly encouraged. 21% MWBE goal NTP is anticipated on September 30, 2024 The project is expected to be substantially complete on or before February 15, 2024. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager no later than August 21, 2024 at 5 PM
