The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston ("UTMB Health" or "UTMB") requests proposals from qualified and experienced firms for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Boiler, HVAC, MEDGAS, Welding, Refrigeration, & Building Automation Systems on an as-needed basis, meeting the following minimum specifications stated in this Section. UTMB's intent is to award one (1) contract per discipline, however, UTMB reserves the right to award multiple contracts per discipline if deemed in UTMB's best interest. Work will be required at each UTMB campus (Galveston, ADC, LCC, CLC) and any of the clinic locations in the adjoining counties including but not limited to Galveston, Brazoria, Fort Bend, Harris, Waller, Montgomery, Liberty, Chambers, Jefferson, and Orange. This Contract is intended for single-trade work for maintenance/repair/modification in the disciplines described on an as-needed basis. No individual purchase order will exceed $100,000.00.
