Quantities are as follows: 1. 150,000 Linear Feet of 4" White Water Based Traffic Paint 2. 75,000 Linear Feet of 4" Double Yellow Water Based Traffic Paint All bidders must supply the Town with an insurance certificate and workmen's compensation policy, if applicable. All crew members must be OSHA 10 certified. All bidders must abide by all contract terms associated with the attached contract. All bidders must sign Attachment C and D with their quote. Bids must be submitted on the Solicitation of Quotes Form included as an attachment to this document.
